Kit trained with Future Fit and is a qualified Level 3 Pilates matwork instructor. She began practising Pilates 14 years ago and, realising the benefits to posture, strength, flexibility,
body awareness and mental wellbeing that it brings, fulfilled her dream to train as an instructor. She
is passionate about helping others to “return to life” through the Pilates method. Her class is suitable

Sarah is the founder of The Wellness Barn and founder of Sarah Linsley Yoga. Sarah believes in the benefits of gentle yoga. Pranayama and mindfulness flow through her classes. Suitable for any age or ability. By quietening the mind and balancing the breath the body feels freedom to move freely. BSY Qualified Hath Yoga teacher (Distinction), Mindfulness in schools project registered teacher, Teen Yoga and Mindfulness foundation registered teacher, Apenaveda school of Yoga qualified teacher. 

Emily is the founder of The Wellness Barn and of Emily Hughes Therapy and has been working holistically with clients as a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist since 2014. As well as being the resident therapist at the barn, Emily also runs workshops at the Barn on a range of wellbeing topics and provides consultations for Neals Yard Remedies Organics products for your all round wellbeing.
