After practising Yoga for a number of years, Sophie wanted to deepen her understanding. After completing a British Wheel Of Yoga foundation course she wanted to give others the same healing that Yoga gave her. Sophie then trained with The Yoga Academy for a 2 year 200 hour course. It was the subtle anatomy that fascinated Sophie so she went onto complete a 9 month Chakra psychology course. Sophie is avaiable on our mini retreat days.

Michelle began her yoga journey back in 2003 when she first arrived in the UK from Canada. Over the years, she found that she benefited from her yoga practice both physically and mentally. Yoga helped her relax from the stress of work, helped her recover from depression and even helped with the birth of her two children. In fact, she loved yoga so much, she decided to further her practice by enrolling in a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program, where she happily discovered she loved teaching the adults that came to the studio. Here evening classes can be booked here.
