Option 1 - 60 minute Class


 

A bespoke class tailored to your personal needs including: 

Pranayama- breathing rhythms to balance the nervous system - great for dealing with stress

& anxiety or recovering from illness 

Asana - physical postures specifically chosen for your individual needs

Shavasana - relaxation to deeply relax your mind and body 

£60 - add a friend for an extra £10

 

 

Option 2 - 30 minute Class

A 30 minute class will focus on: 

 

Pranayama - breathing rhythms to balance the nervous system

Mindfulness Meditation 

Breathing techniques and a guided mindfulness meditation - to help bring balance

and calmness to the mind 
 

£30 - Share with a friend at no extra cost 


 

 

 

Option 3 - Teen and Parent - 30 minute Class

This class is great for exam pressure and a lovely thing to do with you teen. It includes: 

Pranayama - breathing rhythms to balance the nervous system

Mindfulness - to cope with life & it’s happenings
